Shipping, Handling & Terms

Fun Shoe Art will pack & ship your order in most cases within two days of the order being placed. The USPS Priority Mail option does NOT offer the insurance protection. We regret that we cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding any orders lost or damaged during USPS postal shipping. We will provide Delivery Confirmation on all USPS packages.

You will receive an email summarizing your order along with the shipping method selected, in addition, we will provide a Delivery Confirmation number.You will receive the date and time of attempted delivery, or if the package was successfully delivered you can see what time it was received by going to the www.USPS.com website and entering the Delivery Confirmation number. Should there be a problem with your order from Fun Shoe Art we will email you immediately.

When shipping to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.

Every effort is made to ensure the item you ordered is in stock. In the rare cases that you may have a back-ordered item or an item that has been discontinued, you will be contacted and your order will be filled with the available items.

Every effort is made to accommodate Holiday Shipping dates. We do not guarantee holiday shipping arrivals. We will alert you as to the last day to place your order so that your items will arrive before an upcoming holiday according to shipping holiday guidelines.

Any claims for damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 3 days of receiving order.

Wholesale Inquiries

Those who are interested in buying wholesale, please e-mail christina@funshoeart.com with your resale number first, and then call me directly at 831-688-1418 to place your order.  I will respond with an invoice which needs to be paid prior to shipping orders.  Thank you.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Fun Shoe Art purchase. However, if you should need to return/exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by emailing us at support@funshoeart.com. We will contact you via email within 7 days of receiving your request to send you return shipping instructions.  Please provide your Fun Shoe Art order number. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. We recommend sending your items insured. We're not responsible for items not received if a tracking number is not provided. We do not accept items sent C.O.D. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. We regret that we cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding any orders lost or damaged during USPS postal shipping.

We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
